Sermon Clips for Social Media
Parties. This Agreement is between Busic Digital, LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Church Digital ("Church Digital" or "Agency") and the Client identified during purchase ("Client").
Purpose.Agency provides a weekly sermon-clipping subscription: Client submits a link to its sermon on YouTube, and Agency’s pipeline cuts it into short vertical clips with captions, delivered to Client’s private dashboard and inbox, ready for Client to post.
1) Scope of Services
For each sermon Client submits, Agency will provide:
- Five short vertical clips (1080×1920) cut from the submitted sermon
- Captions rendered on every clip
- Ready-to-paste post captions written for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
- Delivery to Client’s private dashboard plus download links by email — usually the same day the link is submitted
Clips are generated by an automated pipeline. Posting is entirely in Client’s hands: Client reviews the clips and decides what, if anything, to publish. Agency does not post to Client’s social accountsand does not schedule, publish, or manage Client’s social media presence under this Agreement.
1.1 Submissions
The plan covers one sermon submission per week, submitted as a YouTube link (public or unlisted) through Client’s dashboard. Client represents that it owns, or has permission to use, the sermon recordings it submits, including any music or third-party material contained in them.
1.2 Delivery Timing
Clips usually arrive in Client’s dashboard and inbox within hours of submission — typically the same day. That timing is our normal operating experience, not a guaranteed deadline: processing can occasionally take longer, for example when a third-party provider in the pipeline has an outage.
2) Plan Terms
- This is a self-serve subscription: Client submits links, Agency delivers clips.
- If a delivered batch misses the mark, Client can reply to the delivery email and tell us; Agency will address reasonable concerns in good faith.
- Work outside this scope — such as custom editing requests, additional clip formats, or posting services — is not included unless separately agreed in writing.
3) Pricing and Term
The Sermon Clips plan is $47 per month, billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe. There is no setup fee, no minimum term, and no contract — Client may cancel anytime from its account (see Section 6). If the price shown at checkout ever differs from this page, the checkout price controls, and it is confirmed in Client’s confirmation email and Stripe receipt.
3.1 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method Client provides at checkout
- If Client subscribes on a date other than the 1st of the month, the first payment may be prorated for the days remaining in that calendar month
- The regular monthly rate is then charged on the 1st of each month for as long as the subscription is active
3.2 Late or Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails and is not brought current, Agency may pause clip processing and dashboard access until the balance is resolved. Client remains responsible for amounts due for periods when the subscription was active.
4) Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Submit sermons it has the right to use, via a working YouTube link
- Review delivered clips before posting them — Client decides what represents its church
- Maintain a valid payment method and keep billing information current
- Comply with the policies of the platforms where it posts the clips
5) Ownership
The clips belong to Client.Every clip is cut from Client’s own sermon and is Client’s to post anywhere, keep forever, and use in anything, during and after the subscription.
Agency retains ownership of its internal methods, know-how, processes, pipeline, software, and systems used to produce the clips. Third-party platforms and tools remain owned by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms.
Agency showcases client clips in its own marketing only with the client’s permission — nothing Client submits or receives is used to promote Agency unless Client agrees.
Because delivered clips are Client’s to keep, Client should download the clips it wants to preserve. Agency is not required to retain clip files or maintain dashboard access for any minimum period after the subscription ends.
6) Cancellation
Client may cancel anytime from its account — no call, no notice period, no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future billing; the subscription runs through the period already paid, and no further payments are owed after that.
7) No Guarantee of Outcomes
Agency will perform the services professionally and in good faith. Client understands that Agency does not guarantee any specific result from the clips, including views, followers, engagement, attendance, donations, or any other ministry or business outcome.
8) Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law:
- Agency’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total amount actually paid by Client under this Agreement
- Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages
- Agency will not be liable for third-party platform outages, policy changes, takedowns, account suspensions, or other losses caused by third-party services or events outside Agency’s reasonable control
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and Agency disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9) Miscellaneous
- Agency may use subcontractors, employees, or service providers (including automated processing vendors) to perform portions of the work, provided Agency remains responsible for the services under this Agreement
- This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding this service
- Any amendment must be in writing; email is sufficient
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
- Governing law: the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules
Acceptance and Payment Authorization
By ticking the consent checkbox during checkout for the Sermon Clips plan, Client confirms that Client has read this Agreement, agrees to its terms, and authorizes Agency to charge the price shown at checkout, recurring payments due under this Agreement, and any additional charges separately approved by Client in writing.
Stripe stores the exact terms text, the timestamp of acceptance, the IP address, and the customer/session ID — a verifiable electronic acceptance record under the E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Client may request a copy of that acceptance record at any time by emailing logan@churchdigital.com.
