Intake
Right after checkout you land on a short intake form: tell us about your church — service times, ministries, giving links, what matters. That's the whole step — we build straight from it. Prefer to talk it through first? A quick call is there if you want it, never required.
We build
Design, pages, giving links, sermons — we do all of it and send you a private preview to react to. You reply with changes by email; we make them.
Live on your domain
We launch it on your own domain — live in 14 days — then host it, maintain it, and keep updating it for as long as you subscribe.
What we need from you is small: your service times, your address, the ministries you want on the site, a giving link if you have one, and whatever photos you like of your actual congregation. If you don’t have good photos yet, we work with what exists — an honest site with real pictures beats a polished site full of stock strangers.
What you never do: learn a website builder, manage hosting, renew an SSL certificate, or figure out why the mobile menu broke. That is the point of the flat monthly price — the website becomes our job, not a volunteer’s second job.
Ongoing updates are not an add-on — they are the product. This week’s sermon, next month’s VBS page, a new staff member, updated service times for Christmas Eve: email us the change and it gets made. Our published service standard is that a human replies within one business day, and it is the same small team — usually the same person — across the whole relationship.

Every build is designed from scratch around your church — your name, your room, your people — not adapted from a template that fifty other churches are also running. The pages a first-time visitor actually needs come standard: service times and location up front, a plan-a-visit path, sermons, ministries, events, and a giving link that goes straight to whatever giving platform you already use. We don’t resell or replace your giving provider; we connect the one you have.
