The Service Agreements below are the binding terms for our plans. The consent checkbox you tick at checkout when starting a subscription references the version applicable to your plan, including a timestamped record of acceptance with your IP address.
If you have already paid and want a copy of the signed acceptance record, reply to your welcome email and we will send the Stripe receipt + acceptance log.
About electronic signature: Click-through agreements at checkout are legally enforceable in the United States under the E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Stripe stores the exact terms text, the timestamp, the IP address, and the customer/session ID at the moment of acceptance — a stronger evidentiary record than a scanned PDF signature.
