Program scope and eligibility

These terms apply to the website, diagnostics, intake forms, and paid services delivered by Church Digital. Additional signed agreements (see /legal) can override these baseline terms.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate church details, service area context, and key approvals.
  • Maintain timely response to inbound leads and required implementation feedback.
  • Comply with platform policies and applicable regulations.

Fees, billing, and taxes

  • Paid plans are flat monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe at the prices published on the pricing page and shown at checkout. There are no setup fees, no minimum terms, and no contracts — you can cancel anytime from your account.
  • Social ad spend (for advertising plans) is separate from the management fee, agreed with you in writing before anything spends, and billed by the ad platform unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Taxes are your responsibility unless legally exempt.

Program guarantee (general)

Unless explicitly included in a signed agreement, services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, rankings, or campaign performance.

Free tools and informational content

  • The free tools on this site — including the website grader and the giving-platform picker — are informational. Grader scores and picker recommendations are automated assessments intended as a starting point, not professional, financial, or legal advice, and not a guarantee about any website or platform.
  • Third-party platform pricing and features referenced by our tools and comparison pages were verified against each vendor's published materials on the dates stated alongside them, and can change at any time — confirm current terms with the vendor before deciding.
  • Church Digital is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the third-party platforms our tools and pages mention, and no platform paid to be included or recommended.

Research and citation terms

Figures from our published research may be cited with attribution under the terms at /research#citation. Research findings are aggregate measurements, offered as-is for information.

Testimonials and showcase content

Testimonials on this site are from real clients or public reviews, and client work (including sermon clips) is showcased only with the client's permission. Results described in testimonials are individual experiences, not a promise of your outcome.

No lead selling / no third-party lead generation

Church Digital is not a lead broker and does not sell submitted inquiry data to third-party lead marketplaces.

Ownership, accounts, and intellectual property

Client-owned accounts remain client property. Agency-owned structures, templates, and execution IP stay protected unless transfer terms are separately agreed in writing.

Third-party platforms and services

Timelines and outcomes can be affected by third-party systems (ad platforms, CRM tools, analytics vendors, hosting providers, and APIs) outside direct control.

Data, communications, and privacy

Data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Operational notices may be sent by email and/or SMS to contacts you provide; message frequency depends on project status and support needs.

Term, pause, and cancellation

Services are month-to-month with no minimum term. You can cancel anytime from your account, or by written notice (email is sufficient). Amounts already due and accrued third-party charges (such as social ad spend) remain payable. The service agreements at /legal govern the details for each plan.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Recommendations are advisory and depend on execution quality, market conditions, and platform behavior. No guaranteed revenue outcome is implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to the amounts paid for the applicable service period, excluding indirect, consequential, special, and punitive damages.

Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from claims arising from its own unlawful conduct, infringement, or material breach of contractual obligations.

Governing law and dispute resolution

This website and its services are operated by Busic Digital, LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Church Digital. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where a signed service agreement applies (see /legal), its governing-law and dispute terms control.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance, unless superseded by signed contract amendments.
